- Will make informed and appropriate production choices informed by our members, current audience demographic, with a focus on providing opportunities for all our community.
- Are committed to making sure our audition process is just and fair. There will be no discrimination against any applicant, giving each and every person an equal chance to get involved with any Lightbox show.
- Act as an open and inclusive community – acting as a safe-haven for all individuals. Each member’s talents, identity, opinions and views are welcome.
- Have a zero tolerance policy for any sort of discrimination or bullying. As a company; we will act upon any negative or exclusive behaviors within our auditions, rehearsals and events.

Lightbox Productions Inc. acknowledges and recognises the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as Australia’s first people, and the traditional custodians of the lands in which we operate. It is an honour to share stories through the medium of music and theatre on the lands of the Wurundjeri and Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nations, a culture rich with tens of thousands of years of storytelling through art and performance. We pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging.
